Star Manor provides solutions for today’s seniors by offering assistance with medication management, three meals and two snacks per day and an environment conducive to social stimulation. Star Manor is a traditional, cozy neighborhood under a single roof located in historic Cartersville.  We provide the comforts of home without the responsibilities of maintaining a home.

Star Manor Personal Care Home is a residential and private living community for ambulatory seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living.   We are governed by the State of Georgia Department of Community Health Rules and Regulations for Personal Care Homes.  According to State guidelines, a person residing in a personal care home must be "capable of self-preservation with minimal assistance, i.e. staff may assist the resident in transferring from a sitting or reclining position and provide verbal directions to residents who are able to self-propel to the nearest exit."  State of Georgia Rules and Regulations for Personal Care Homes 111.8.62-.15(b)
